The Trauma to Trust Course

A 12-week journey in three phases…

Stabilise

“I am safe”

Build safety, understand abuse and its impact, and begin to find your footing.

Regulate

“I am in control of my emotions”

Learn about trauma and the brain, and explore tools to manage stress and emotions.

Maintain

“I am in control of my emotions”

Reconnect with your values, set healthy boundaries, find your voice and move forward.

The course offers:

  • A safe and supportive group space

  • Practical tools and strategies

  • Clear, accessible information

  • Opportunities to learn from others

  • No pressure to disclose or take part

  • Online and in-person options
