Tenancy Sustainment and Wellbeing Worker
Location: Buckinghamshire, £18,037.50 – £19,246.50 per annum
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 37.5 hours per week. Part-time hours may also be considered.

This county-wide floating support service is for people who need support to manage and maintain their accommodation if it is at risk. Our flexible approach will ensure people receive the right support, at the right time, and in the right place, in order to prevent homelessness, and help work towards independence.
We can offer a bespoke package of support, centred on an individual, to tackle the reasons why they are struggling to maintain their property, including:
- Managing their tenancy
- Housing advice
- Budgeting and debt
- Accessing financial support
- Social and community groups
- Employment, education & training opportunities
- Health & wellbeing
As a Tenancy Sustainment Worker you will be offering housing related support to people in Buckinghamshire aged 16 and over who have been identified as having a threat of homelessness.
You will become part of a positive team of support workers, who provide individual support to a caseload of people in need of support. This includes working in their homes or out in the community, and covering drop in sessions at partner venues. You will identify housing related support needs and develop positive and solution-based support plans to help people move towards independence.
The successful candidate will be committed to improving the lives of people using our services by providing accurate information and advice to people on a wide range of issues and signposting to other agencies within the community to ensure all needs of the person are being supported effectively.
